Poor service/lagging

Xfinity was out last month to do an upgrade for faster service. Now daily we have issues and keep getting messages for Xfinity service being down for technical issues. Get it fixed or I’m going with fiber. I work from home and have missed some important meetings due to my internet connection.

When you do experience downtime, is it showing as an interruption in the Xfinity app? Or are you experiencing service interruptions outside of any work being done in your area?
