Poor Service

Have had Xfinity for just over 2 weeks. Internet service is in and out have talked to no less then 5 support techs who all assured me they could resolve my issue. 2 techs came out. Now can’t even log into my service. Now they say 3 days before tech number 3 can come out! Terrible results from support!!
