Poor service

Reviews on the Comcast/Xfinity Community Forum are overwhelmingly negative, citing horrendous customer service, broken promises, billing issues, deceptive sales tactics, incompetent agents, and a frustrating cycle of being transferred, with users frequently reporting agents don't read notes or lie,
