Poor service

I have had poor service on my phone for over a week not which has left me without a cell phone which limits my day to day work.  Who can help me with service. POOR

Hello kceecee! I hope that you are having a fabulous Monday aside from the mobile service issues you have been facing. I'm very sorry that your phone has not had good service for the past week. I know our phones are lifelines, and it's crucial that they are working 100% of the time. I would love to help out with the trouble you have been dealing with to help make sure you have the best service possible. When I ever notice an issue with my phone connections at home or on the go, I usually toggle airplane mode on and back off to let the network connections re-connect. What trouble have you been experiencing?
