Poor service

I have tried for the last ten hours today to renew my prepaid home internet. I was hung up on by three representatives. Your app did not work. The automated service did not work. The poorest customer service that I have ever received from any.One

user_4k3ovv Thank you so much for you post on support for renewing your Prepaid internet services. Prepaid internet services are now called our NOW internet services. NOW Support would be through the NOW support portal. The NOW and any of our Pre paid services are not supported by our normal support teams and you would need to us the link in the NOW support page for help. If you do prefer live support our post paid services may be a better option for you.
