Poor Service at [Edited-Personal Identifiable Information]

Please -- can someone come out and fix the issues we have been experiencing for weeks now? Spotty internet and constant interruption of service. Also, may I please receive a claim form for reimbursement of expenses incurred for cell phone over data usage, as a result of having to use my mobile hotspot?

I'm sorry to hear that your internet has been spotty and you have had frequent interruptions, I can imagine your frustrations. Our team will be happy to help address your connection issues further and get your concerns resolved. I also see that you are requesting reimbursement. We are able to apply a credit for the time you were without service. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
