Poor employee behavior in Local Store
I made a visit to our local Xfinity store today in Gadsden. Alabama to help my Mom choose a new service. The first thing I noticed was the distinct odor of marijuana on an employee's clothes. We had a very nice gentleman helping us, but the other employees were laughing, singing and dancing in the store making it hard to hear him explain our options. I had to ask him twice to speak up so we could hear him over the other employees. I finally had to ask the other employees to tone it down so we could hear. I have been an Xfinity customer for over 35 years and have never witnessed this kind of behavior in our local store. If I had other options, this would be the time I would change to another service provider. I don't know what can be done, but someone in upper management needs to pay them a unannounced visit.
