Poor customer service
Purchased a watch directly from the store and I was told that everything was set just had to link it to my phone. WRONG 2 days later and I still can’t use the watch. Chatted on line that didn’t get me anywhere so I mad am appointment to go in store thinking that would be better as they can just link it for me since they should know what they are doing. Will I water almost an hour there and left with a watch that still does not work. I checked in for my appointment and I thought cool I was getting helped right away then was told nope you have to update your phone to the newer ios. I did not want to update but had no choice from the signs of it. Apparently my watch cannot be linked to my phone if my phone is not updated. I was asked what iPhone I had I said 13 rep kind of laughed and said oh no wonder. Then tells me to go have a seat so I do and she sets up my phone to update. I was left at the desk for a awhile then she comes back and says oh I’ll have you sit over there at the counter as I don’t have time to sit here and wait till your phone updates because we’re about to be very busy. Very cold attitude not friendly at all seemed like I was a bother to her. So what is the point of making an appointment? They in fact didn’t become “busy” so I sat there waiting for my phone to update asi thought ok once it updates they’ll connect it. WRONG AGAIN the girl never came back I had to check with another representative there and at the end was told yeah you can link the watch now but also it might be a software issue you can take to this place have it checked. Like I should not have to go through all this hassle for a brand new watch. So literally sat there for over 45 minutes for nothing and ended leaving with a watch that still does not work. Nobody told me that my phone had to be rated not the representative when I bought it not the representative online. Just thrown a watch charged me and left me to figure out. I more than likely will be returning the watch!! And go a different route or company!!
