Poor Customer Service
The AI chatbot isn't helpful in regards to *anything* that isn't strictly preloaded. Have a human problem? The robot will send you to another one on the phone. I called three times, and said "no" and "representative" repeatedly in chat before I ever got a live person.
But then... he went quiet. Tried explaining the issue and he stopped talking. I hung up after a solid minute of silence - and no, he didnt put me on hold because he had done that just before this.
First, people still want people interaction. AI chat bots help with baby stuff, but God forbid you need to talk to a live person.
Second, I have nothing for the guy on the line. Just [Edited: "Language"] I cant call in about an issue anymore.
