Poor customer service
6 times calling. Still no results. Everyone one is trained to say "Rest assured, I have taken care of this matter". And not a single person follows through. Ordered a landline for aging and disabled customer....a simple landline. Two weeks and still no equipment shipped. On tracking number...no email confirmation. I would go for a different landline company..but the senior living facility is only set up for Xfinity services. Ridiculous!! I see Xfinity slowly going out of business in the near future. Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!
