Poor customer service
I made atleast 5 different phone calls with xfinity representatives trying to get mt account put on seasonal
Each time I was assured that the billing had been resolved. I was told that I was paid in full. Got a bill 1 week later saying I owed $181. Tried customer service again to find out why? I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with these people. Totally ripped off!!!

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
