Poor customer service

I made atleast 5 different phone calls with xfinity representatives trying to get mt account put on seasonal 

Each time I was assured that the billing had been resolved. I was told that I was paid in full. Got a bill 1 week later saying I owed $181. Tried customer service again to find out why? I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with these people. Totally ripped off!!!

user_y5x8ha Thanks for reaching out! Did you figure out what that bill was for exactly? You can check the status of your account, and ensure it is on a Seasonal Hold by visiting the Seasonal Convenience Plan homepage

Never once did I receive a notification on paper or the app as to how the charges were arrived at. One customer service assured me I would be charged $8 / month  the last told me they had charged me $20. Never did I ask for internet for some kind of camera. Sent me 2 modems to my FL. Home while I was in Indiana for the summer. Returned all 3 modems and didn't receive any credit what so ever. Never ordered either.

One customer service representative even told me to keep the meess from happening again in the spring to just tell the representative that I wanted to cancel the service.  Wow!

I canceled now so the wouldn't over charge me without any explanation as to what I was being charged for!

user_y5x8ha If you're signed into the Xfinity Community Forums page, the Direct Message text bubble icon will be in the upper right-hand corner of the page, next to the bell notification icon.
