Poor Customer Service

I’m writing to express my frustration with your customer service model, which is overwhelmingly dependent on an AI chatbot. While I understand the value of automation, your AI system is inefficient, frustrating to use, and often fails to resolve issues effectively.


Adding to the frustration, your human representatives seem to have limited capabilities and simply redirect customers back to the chatbot. This approach completely undermines the human touch that is essential for handling nuanced issues or providing real solutions.


As a customer, I expect to speak with someone who can actually help me, not a system that loops me through unhelpful menus. Please consider revising your model to prioritize human customer service alongside your AI tools. A balance between automation and genuine human support could greatly improve the customer experience.
