Poor customer service.
I am very unhappy that since we started with Xfinity our internet has been slow and spotty. We have had 2 tech come out with both of them saying it is at the pole. That means that it is a Xfinity issue and it needs to be resolved soon. Please have someone from Maintenance come out and resolve our issue soon please. I am extremely frustrated with the level one chats and phone calls that go no where. Please help this new and frustrated Xfinity customer.
