Poor Customer Service

I currently pay 259/mo for basic cable (125 channels), and supposedly fast internet. My internet is very slow and intermittently works. I was on the phone trying to get insight as to why my internet is so slow and the response was, "Its fast on our end". When I do online internet tests, my symstems proves to be vert slow.  I even pay $20 extra for internet boost!!!

This morning I messaged a customer service rep on how to get my bill cheaper, especially since we barely watch TV. The plans offered  were  still so expensive! I can switch to another provider but we've been loyal  customers  for 22 +  years. The customer service agent said the cheapest plan  for internet was  as follows:

is there internet only packages? we dont watch TV..
