Poor customer service only computer

The other day after cutting off my cable and switching to internet and digital antenna television which cut my bill by more than half I was in the process of trying to find out how to switch out equipment they told me my modem/router were outdated and no longer needed a cable box only need to pick up flex box I spent about 45 minutes on the phone trying to get to an actual person but could only reach the automated system and it continuously said my modem was disconnected and I needed to refresh and no one could help me until that was done in ten minutes I kept calling back and getting the same response I found myself screaming into the phone no matter what I did that's what I was told I even tried to go through billing to get transferred but I got the same message. I finally gave up and drove to the Xfinity store. Exchanged my equipment and went home and set it up all by myself. Too stressful their needs to be an option to speak to a live person.
