Poor customer service, multiple visits. Still not working
Switched from AT&T a few months back and for the longest no issues. Now, internet out for past two weeks. Will come on then cut off. Have had two visits and was told it was fixed. But yet it is not. The self help feature is almost useless. It’s a waste of time if you have any issues. It takes 10 plus minutes to speak to someone then they are in a call center and are quite tough to get point across.
Got hung up on a few times today waiting on response. So now we are at two weeks on intermittent service now they won’t escalate to come out again. Being told no when you are begging for help from a company you pay on time each month is not how you keep customers. I may get some help on Wednesday however, I work from h ad cannot function with out service.
would love some help here folks.

I am more than happy to assist with the internet connection issues. Can you please reach out to us through direct message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
