Poor customer serive
I have been trying for 5 days to get a letter from xfinity mobile showing how long I've been a customer and status of account. It has to be on a company letterhead.
I keep getting the run around and no one seems to want to help.
I was told that I would have to go to a xfinity store to get that. They in turn say at the store they can't do that.
I need this information so I can use on a mortgage application.
