Poor customer serive

I have been trying for 5 days to get a letter from xfinity mobile showing how long I've been a customer and status of account. It has to be on a company letterhead. 

I keep getting the run around and no one seems to want to help. 

I was told that I would have to go to a xfinity store to get that. They in turn say at the store they can't do that. 

I need this information so I can use on a mortgage application.

My sincerest aplologies, we aren't able to provide the information you are needing. You can pull account status from your Xfinity account, that would show current account status, and payment history. I wish I had better news for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help!
