Poor customer ecperience
I called on 10/3 to have a phone unlocked. I was told it would take 24 hrs.
Today is Saturday 10/7 and the phone is not unlocked. I was misled twice. I was given ECM0004203004 which has not been worked on.
Yes, I worked for this COMPANY. I'm disappointed. I have a bitter taste in my mouth.

Finally, after 8 days, the correct phone was unlocked.
I had to come to this page to get a job done, this is not something I want to give a great score to.
