Poor connection

My Wi-Fi router goes red and Wi-Fi signal goes out multiple times a day I've tried to reach customer service multiple times all I get is automated answers and the doesn't even solve the problem. This is ridiculous when I pay my monthly bill and yet I don't even get to use my internet like I want to

I completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when reliable service is essential. You've come to the right place for support, and we're committed to getting to the bottom of this for you. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you reboot the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? Did you check the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and modem) to make sure the connection is tight and there's no damage to it?
