Poor communication
There was a storm in the area that took out a lot of power and it is taking awhile to get it back but my power turned back on two hours after it went out but I still don’t have internet and it just is listed as as soon as possible for when it will get back on. It’s been that ways for 5 days now with no new updates or an expected turn on day. I have power but no internet and no way to talk to anyone and no updates given.

@user_bvub64 Our team is here to help. I know being without your service is never fun. Five days is a long time, I'm glad that storm is over. The Xfinity App is free to download and once the service is up and restore there's an update sent out to clear everything from the app.
