Poor communication
I’ve had numerous techs at my house with to fix broken lines. We hooked up service in the winter and are waiting for the line to be buried. Xfinity contracts for the lines to be buried and when a person can to bury the line they broke something in the green box by the curb, broke the line and couldn’t fix it and left us without service. They claimed they’d be back in the morning and never showed up. I waited for a month and called and asked for the line to be buried. They kept saying they’d send a tech. The techs don’t bury the lines. A tech came and said the same thing. I’ve been told by multiple techs they’ve sent this issue to a supervisor and nothing seems to be getting done. I can’t even mow my yard because theirs flags all over the place marking power underground and there’s a cable running all over that hooks up our Internet. Whenever I call I speak with someone who has no clue how the process works and they send a tech when I tell them over and over it’s not the tech who buries the lines. Might be time to say goodbye to xfinity since they can’t seem to pull their heads from their………..
