Poor communication by a manager and agent

I called regarding my issue with mobile service as i was getting charged more than i was told and i wanted help but the agent jannet who was no help and her manager on back end straight away said we dont help and dont provide any credit and made me a lair . I told them to listen to my previous calls but she was not helping at all. The manager name is kenny paul . I need help
