Pole was replaced by comcast has not attached/raised their lines so my driveway is blocked

I do not have service at my home. I use fiber. Neighborhood is from the 1970's so there are low volt / coax cables on the poles. 2 nights ago a tree down the street took out all the lines and some poles. The power company replaced the poles and their lines. The internet folks with ATT fixed all the fiber. The line that crosses the street was lowered to the ground. At my neighbors house the lines were lowered to the ground. At my house the line is hanging 3 feet above my driveway making it uncrossable. I have tried to call Comcast - nothing. I have done a chat with Comcast- no one has come to cut the lines down. I have reached out over social media and now here. the answer keeps being "We can't find your account" DUH. I don't have an account, I have a cable in the easment area and it needs to stop being low enough to clothesline my handicap child.
