Pole to Pole cable down
We had an ice storm come through this weekend. A tree in my neighbors yard (they have their house on the market and have moved out) fell due to the ice and brought down Comcast's cable, and leaving the power lines untouched.
I called the customer service number twice. Both reps wanted to schedule a technician come out on February 11. Due to previous dealings with comcast I'm sure a technician can't do anything about this. Previously I had to have comcast's "infrastructure contractor" handle alteration of the line before the tech could bring service into my house.
What can I do or who can I call to get this on the radar of the crew's doing post storm damage repair?

Hi! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out. I can understand the concern with that tree falling, bringing down the Comcast cable line. I am happy to hear that you were able to call in and speak with someone about sending someone out. You’ve reached the right place. On social media, we are a team of experts dedicated to resolving downed line concerns like this. We can help. Are the services currently down at this time? If so, the next best step to take is to have a technician troubleshoot onsite as they have direct access to the next-level technicians, where they would open a ticket for them to work on the outside line.
