Pole Replacement

Hello, 

The pole on our corner was replaced by the power company (BGE) over 5 years ago.  Comcast still has not switched their lines over, even though we contacted them several years ago about this situation.  When can we get the lines moved to the new pole, so that the remainder of the old pole can be removed?  Please let us know.  Thanks.

If I were in your shoes, I would be wondering the same thing and would want that old pole moved too. I am sorry to learn that we have not provided a solution to this yet.
