Pole Removal

Hello! There is an existing utility pole in an easement that is going to be removed to allow for all utilities to be run underground.  Electric has already completed their portion and has made their move to the pole at the end of the easement. Comcast/Xfinity needs to do the same prior to the pole being removed as to continue services to the customers on the easement.  Who do I contact to schedule this work?
