I understand how stressful it can be to have a fallen or failing utility pole nearby, especially when it can affect your services and safety. At this time, Xfinity isn’t able to replace utility poles because they are owned and maintained by the local electric utility company. The best next step is to contact your power provider, so they can address and replace the damaged pole as needed. Once the electric utility completes the repair, they’ll notify Xfinity, and we’ll then schedule a visit to relocate or reattach our cable lines to the new pole. Have you had a chance to contact the power company to report the falling pole?
