Pole hit by my office

A pole was hit by my office. the pole was replaced and DTE said they fixed their wires. The downed pole is still laying on my property with wires attached that are laying on the ground. DTE said to contact comcast and AT&T. At&T was easy, they are sending someone out. I have had no luck reaching out to comcast to come fix their wires. We are having trees removed and need these wires off the ground.
