Pods

Can anyone tell me who to speak with or how to get my pods included with my package Internet package. . I have called and been on the phone for hours with no luck. The email link says unavailable. I’ve been sent to the local store and the gentlemen was rude and said there was one and to call. I told him I called and they said to go to the store.
