Plumbing bill for damages by Comcast cables

On Friday night, I had to call a plumbing company (after hours) due to a severe backflow of water on bathrooms/sinks/ showers. They inserted a camera and clean with specialized equipment, but found a bigger problem with the camera that needed  an excavation to see what was blocking the water from flowing. The next day (Saturday) they made a hole inside my property by the driveway, excavated and found an orange thick cable penetrating the main pipe of my house which leads to the street. It is completely broken through (I have pictures) and need someone to respond for this matter.  I cannot believe such careless mistake, which could have caused flooding inside my house if this has not been found before. I need to find out who can I talk to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Good morning,

I log in into the xfinity website. However, it only provides Xfinity assistance chat. I have no idea where the peer to peer chat or pencil/paper icon. Please advise. Thanks

Good morning! Thank you for getting back to us. The Peer to Peer messaging functions I outlined above would be directly via the forums web page. Were you trying to log into MyAccount? If so, this is why you're not getting the Peer To Peer messaging function. If possible, please try the steps I outlined above on this (forums) platform. Please let me know if you run into any issues.
