Thanks for reaching out to us I do hope you are enjoying your week. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on how you can troubleshoot your internet connection. If your modem is saying it's offline I would recommend doing a hard reboot on the modem by unplugging the power cord from the back of the modem for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If that doesn't resolve your issues jump onto our awesome Xfinity app and go through the troubleshooting steps as our awesome chat assistant will do some remote troubleshooting steps to fix your services. If the remote troubleshooting steps do not work to fix your issue the awesome Xfinity chat assistant will connect you with the live chat agent
