Please reset my account for my Peacock Premium
Please, I need an Entitlement Reset for my Peacock Premium. It was working fine and then I got a notice that they were doing maintenance and now I cannot get Peacock. It doesn't show up on my subscriptions, but it does show as included in the streamstore and has a manage button that takes me now to a pay page $10.99, not free. I have TV Plus on an X1 box and 1 gb internet that includes Peacock Premium.
When I follow the instructions, log in and click activate Peacock Premium directly, it takes me to a blank page with nothing to click. No matter which way I reach the page activate peacock, it has me sign in and then it's blank so nothing to click, no way to activate or reactivate.
If you receive Peacock through a NOW or Xfinity service, or redeemed an offer through Xfinity membership, you can activate your Peacock subscription by following these steps:
- Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
- Note: If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
- You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
- Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
Also when I go to membership, it says It looks like you're not eligible for benefits-Your account isn't eligible to redeem membership benefits but with the included services, I thought everyone is a member now and I should be able to get the rewards.
Thank you so much if you can help me! I've spent hours and hours, signing out of every device, clearing the cashe, and nothing works to get it back.
