Please I need to speak with a live agent

The automated line puts you in a neverending loop. I'm surprised that it doesn't track multiple attempts where I've completed all the steps. I was directed to the XFINITY line only to be redirected to the AI Assistant. The AI assistant already got me to a point where I had to schedule a tech visit but the times listed were immediately unavailable. I have had poor and dropped internet service for the past week and would like some support or a refund for this month.
