Hello, i am attempting to switch to another service provider and I was just informed my phone is locked.I am currently without service please help

Hello, @user_86lfnv thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forum. I definitely understand wanting to get the device unlocked as quickly as possible to have it transferred to a new provider. As long as the device has been paid off and eligible to unlock. You can follow the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligible-to-unlock-phone
