Please help

Xfinity dis enrolled me from the acp program and I need this program before Xfinity I will try to set up an account with them I believe they were called unity Express and I never received anything from them or I never did any sort of program or anything with them so I figured that they would just they would forget it about me I guess I didn't know that I had an inform on my thought they would look at my records but apparently Xfinity thinks that I'm still with them and I and I'm stupid I don't know what to do about this because I never use their programming they they never sent me anything and I want to use Xfinity what can I do about this how can I fix this problem I have a test to taking 5 days and if I don't take it online I'm going to be totally screwed I'm so stressed

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are stressed at this time. Just to confirm do you have Xfinity services? Were you disenrolled from the ACP due to not recertification? Federal law requires that all customers enrolled in the ACP be re-certified against the eligibility criteria on an annual basis. As a result, each year, USAC must confirm your continued eligibility for ACP. Comcast can't recertify eligibility for our customers or complete any requested documentation on your behalf. You can learn more by visiting the link: https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/manage-my-benefit/recertify/. You can also contact USAC's ACP Support Center by emailing ACPSupport@usac.org or calling 877-384-2575.
