Please Help With An Expired Xfinity Gift Card
When I switched my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity last June I was issued a $100 Visa gift card by Xfinity Mobile. Last month I realized that the one year anniversary of my receipt of that card was approaching. When I took the card out of my wallet and showed it to my wife, she noticed that the card actually had an April expiration date on it. That means that the card was only good for, at best, 10 months, not the fully year that I expected. I did contact the Visa gift card company and a Comcast call center for assistance, but to no avail.
The expectation that we would receive this $100 was a major motivational factor in switching our mobile service from Verizon to Comcast. We are a retired couple and I am a Viet Nam war veteran. $100 means a lot to us. Please help us by having the value of this card restored.
