Please Help Us Need Line Crew
On sat 9/30 some up the rd was cutting down a large tree, and they took out power line and comcast line. The power was restored 6 hours later but
no one has come to fix comcast. All people on road have no comcast, and the automated phone help won't send anyone. I am sending this from Library
25 minute drive from house. The Main Comcast Line is on the ground and the steel support cables have been ripped from poles. Single Comcast tech came
by in evening sun 10/1 and said whole line needs to be replaced and would put in Ticket. No one came. Unable to respond for more information.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
