Hi I wanted to restart the plan that I had 1 year ago. And whenever I check my account "Please contact the account owner to continue." this message pops up and there's nothing I can do. 

How can I send you private message??

@user_9ecacd Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. If you have not had service in one year, you will not have access on the old account. You can set up service/ start a new account at xfinity.com, or we would be happy to assist you! 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it”
