Please cancel my appointment

I figured out how to set up my Internet without a technician, so I need to cancel my appointment. The replies to other people's questions about this didn't work for me. I'm trying not to waste your tech's time, but I wasted a lot of my own. Help?

Hello @user_y79y22 Glad to hear you were able to get it activated. We will need to remove the pro install codes from your order, so you don't get charged for a visit and then complete the service order, and you should be all set. In order to check out the account please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
