Hello user_d2d7fd Thank you for contacting our Xfinity Community Forum team! We can certainly take a look at the status the drop bury appointment. Once a special request order is opened it can take up to 14 business days for our team to complete the work. Unfortunately, we do encounter occasional delays. Delays can be caused by: 
- Permits 
- Weather Conditions 
- Underground Utilities Locates (If Applicable)

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
