Please bury my drop

Comcast has left an orange colored drop in front of my home. It runs from my home, all the way around a cul-de-sac and then in front of the home across from my home. I believe Comcast normally buries these drops under the sod within 10 days or so. But, this has been there well longer than that. Could that be buried please? Location: Ann Arbor, MI

While we do try to make sure lines are buried as quickly as possible, sometimes getting buried lines can take longer due to poor weather, frozen ground in the winters, or just a high volume of orders to be filled.
