Please Bury My Drop
I contacted xfinity over a month ago to install a new internet line. They came out put an aerial line down because they didn’t have enough orange cable. I had my yard flagged and it’s been flagged for over 3 weeks and xfinity never came out to put the orange cable in and bury it. I contacted xfinity and Apparantly the flag company never notified xfinity the yard was marked. That same day on the phone with xfinity, the rep restarted my entire order and they told me I have to wait another 14 days for someone to come out. I checked my order status today and it’s still showing my yard needs marked. Somethings not right and I need this buried before winter. I’m tired of xfinity jerking me around.
