Platinum rewards member Peacock premium benefit

I'm a platinum reward subscriber but can't find a way to access the free Peacock premium benefit. I logged into my rewards account but do not see peacock premium for free as an available reward. I thought Platinum rewards got one that benefit. Can you help?

Congratulations on your status! You can visit Xfinity Rewards through the Xfinity app or Xfinity.com/rewards. Once you are logged in with your account credentials, you can view your services and then Rewards under that. 

 

If you have gotten to that point, are you able to view any rewards at all or are you just missing this specific reward?

There are sweepstakes and discount offers, but no mention of the free Peacock premium benefit

@DT_UM​ I am also a platinum member and an agent removed my pecock premium that was supposed to be included in my package, without telling me. Now I am told that I have to pay for peacock even though I was supposed to have it until 2927

Thanks for the reply @BruceW. I don't see any info from those links that help me locate the peacock premium offer in my rewards account.

done. Oddly I couldn't start a new DM with Xfinity Support.  When I selected Xfinity Support from the drop down it opened a DM I last used in September 2024. I hope that works
