Platinum Rewards Member — Peacock Premium Activation Missing from Profile

I am an Internet Essentials customer with verified Platinum membership status, and my account profile is missing the Peacock Premium activation entitlement.

To confirm, did you already redeem the reward from the Xfinity Membership page or is it also missing from the listing on that page as well?
