Platinum Reward—Free Peacock. Two elevated tickets—one from June 30, 2023 and another from Aug. 30, 2023 have been completely ignored.

Hello, 

Like hundreds of other Xfinity Rewards Platinum members, I attempted to claim my free Peacock subscription on June 30. I contacted Xfinity Customer service by phone, via chat and through Xfinity Support, and no one could help me. I was told my call would be elevated, and was assigned ticket No. ECM0002488191. I was told someone would call me within 24 hours. Ha ha. No one called. Not a peep from anyone.

I contacted Xfinity Support again on Aug. 30, and was assigned ticket No. ECM0003567629. Have still not heard from anyone.

I searched the forums today to find any clue as to how I can get resolution to my issue, and there were several responses from Xfinity employees suggesting that utilizing Xfinity's direct messaging was the way to go. I did, and no one every responded. 

In the past 30 days, I've had to contact both the IRS and the Library of Congress. I had a much easier, more pleasant experience contacting the U.S. Government than I've had trying to reach anyone at Xfinity. 

Can someone—ANYONE—tell me how to redeem the Xfinity Platinum Peacock reward? Please don't tell me to look for a Peacock banner. It does NOT exist.
