Platinum Reward - Missing Peacock Activation Link

I am a Platinum member and do not see the Peacock Premium reward link in my account or rewards page. I've heard this forum is a good way to get help. Could someone help?

We infinitely appreciate that time you've spent with us, so I for sure want you to be able to access that benefit you've earned. If the reward is not popping up for you when logging into your Xfinity Membership page, can you please try checking out xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions after logging in and let us know if you see any active Peacock subscription reflected?
