Platinum Peacock Rewards Offer

I tried to claim my peacock reward and it told me I would get an email but I never did. And now when I try to click the link to activate my reward from rewards page I get the page that says Sorry your account is not eligible for this reward but as a platinum member I should be. I tried my old email info from when xfinity used to offer peacock but all it does is ask me to pay for a plan. Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_c3mgyf! When signing in to your Xfinity account, does the Peacock Premium Reward show redeemed on our Rewards site?

It shows up as my activity for rewards so I guess that means its redeemed but I never got an email to actually activate it.

This is at the top of the page when I go to my rewards. It shows that I am a platinum member so I’m not sure why  I’m not receiving the offer.

It shows in my activity and when I click it, it shows this, I waited weeks to see maybe it would show up but I never got the email and then when you click that other link it says I’m not eligible.
