Plant extension help!
Our neighbors two houses over have service, we’ve been told we need a plant extension to get service... we have 6 other homes that also want service on our same street. We can’t get ahold of anyone that can talk to us about costs and surveys etc. entirely frustrated and at a loss of how to proceed.

Hello Gstricker, we would love to have you on the Comcast team. Let's see what we can do about getting a tech out to survey the area to see what needs to be done to bring service to your home. Please send me a private message with your full name and street address by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then click "Send a message".

I am a current Xfinity customer, but I am purchasing a home about 1 mile away and when I tried to move my services I had to have a technician determine if the address was serviceable. The ticket indicated that the address was unserviceable because there was no plant in that section. I know the home immediately next door does not have Xfinity service, but the home next to that does. The home with Xfinity service is only 175 feet away from the home I am purchasing. I want to request a plant extension quote at that property. How do I do that? I'm set to move into the house at the beginning of August and would like to see if we can get this completed before I move in so I don't have any lapses in internet services. Please help!!!!
