Plans for existing loyal long term customers compared to plans for new customers

Currently my account is showing 2gig + Streaming for $130 while new customers can get the same plan for $100 with a 5 year price lock

I’ve been on the for over an hour trying to get this price and so far without and luck but instead transferee now twice though the second transfer is not being answered and no one is on the line. I am assuming they are going that I will just give up and hang up I’m not sure. This is making me want to cancel my service. I feel like Xfinity does not value existing customers.

@user_q81h53 thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page, and thank you @EG for getting the post moved over. You are right, pricing for new customer is usually available at an introductory rate usually a bit lower than what may be available for existing customer. One of the ways we reward our long time loyal customer is our Xfinity Membership experience. Let me know if there is anything more we can do to assist.
